There was one new question i remember

Two switches trunked together. 1 PC on each switch both in the same VLAN. Want to configure Dynamic ARP Inspection. What commands must you use (choose two)

Cant remember all the oprtions but there were only two valid DAI related commands in the choices. all the others were nonsense.

Switchy are using a dump to study?

Passed today with 85X, very happy, ’cause it’s my 2nd try after failed 2y ago with 75X. This time I did it super fast – 1h 15min ;)
And I think today is the VERY LAST DAY of this exam, so my experience may be useless, but anyway:::
It were 44 questions, so ~5 I newer saw on Certrepare nor in IPhelper pdf, so was not sure about, but eliminated wrong answers and chose the closest answer.))
The only lab was LACP (the same as at my failed exam 2y ago)). I was freaking up again why SW-A doesn’t accept “switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q” command, the error marker was below “e” letter. But SW-B accepted it and the trunk was formed successfully with dot1q on fa0/3-4 and Po1 (show int trunk).
SIMs were HSRP and VTPv3 – easy.
The only DnD was about RADIUS and TACACS+ – easy.
That’s it. I don’t have any other CCNP exam passed, only this one. And my CCNA is expired. So I’m kind of in a deep shit)), but I will figure out how to deal with conversion to new versions of Cisco exams.

HSRP – the answers are exactly the same as the sim here. The only thing that is weird was there was a typo on the question that says if “If your router goes down and then goes back up, what will be the outcome” (Something like that) the interface they tell you to look at is 0/1 which is in group 2 but every possible answer says group 1. The answer is still the same though “priority will increment by 40”

DnD – Hello/FWD/Hold, PVST/RPVST/MST, RSPAN Source/Destination switch (Answers seemed different) and the AVG/AVF/ARP/Gateway, (This one is worded a little differently too. Just remember AVF – F is for forward, AVP P is for protocol, AVG is Client, and the Gateway is use to elect virtual active gateway

I will look through the questions and post the ones I remember here in a little while.

I tried to get clever in the VTPv3 sim, I thought there my be a way to see if the VLANs 500 and 600 were already confugured. Sadly there is no ‘show vlan’ command available on the sim…

I’m reckon i was wrong. looking at the score vs. the questions I answered were surely correct, perhaps the right choice is

That’s what I remember from TLV’s, however, I would just study the TLV questions on page 92
